• US speed test - after connecting to a VPN server in New York using the OpenVPN client we tested our Internet speed and found it to be 35.20 Mbps download and 9.04 Mbps upstream.
• UK speed test - after connecting to the London VPN server via OpenVPN we tested our Internet speed again and found it to be 12.96 Mbps download and 3.55 Mbps upstream.
• Conclusion - Private Internet Access performance is very good. We've seen faster but the speed was consistent and service reliable. Note: you can expect any VPN to slow your connection some as the traffic is being encrypted.
